Certainly speaking about Lalín is speaking about nature. Viewing-points show us fantastic shades of colours. Oakwoods, groves and forests, a fairytale landscape, adorn Lalin municipality.
Sculptures
Lalín is land of artists and Art lovers. It is obvious in its streets. A good way of crossing Lalin village is discovering its sculptures. Some of them have turned into symbols of the municipality, as the dedicated one to Loriga, the aviator, or the statue of the pork.
Museums
As happens with respect to gifts, in museums important thing is in, though packaging can develop our imagination trying to anticipate what is inside. A Mainhouse of the 18th century restored in an exquisitive way, a village where the container and the contents are combinated, scientific genius housing, a pioneering building or just inadulterated nature, make Lalin ´s museums fascinating places.
Prehistory
Numerous natural resources of our territory, with abundance of rivers and forests, hunt and fishing, make Deza's region, and our municipality especially, a very favorable land to population settlements since ancient times. Proof of this can be found in traces of our ancestors left as sign of their passing.
